We are sorry to hear you have stopped receiving our emails. Are you currently using a Road Runner or Charter email account from Spectrum to subscribe to our emails? We, unfortunately, recently discovered an issue with customers of Road Runner and Charter not receiving the email — this issue started to impact our subscribers in early December.
We are currently in contact with our email provider to resolve this issue with Road Runner but are receiving some push back. If wanted, you can reach out to Road Runner to share your frustrations about emails not being delivered to you.
We'll continue to keep troubleshooting this issue to get it resolved as soon as possible. At this time we strongly encourage you to subscribe to our email using an email address with a different provider (we're a big fan of Gmail).
