This is the third day I have tried to checkout of the Click and Go in Fort Atkinson. I've done all that has been asked in terms of an Account (which I have never done before.) But I did it and still you won't let me pick up my 22 items. I have a Disability license and walk with a cane or I'd go into the store and talk to the wonderful people there. Epic fail Festival Foods! I understand there is a pandemic going on and the stores are overwhelmed. This is the reason my 73yr old mother with COPD places orders via Click & Go at the Village store in La Crosse regularly. Until today, we have been very impressed with the service. Today however, you dropped the ball! My mother had to wait a week to get an order. When she went to get her order, she noticed there way not many bags. Upon arriving at home, she logged into her account to view her receipt and noticed a lot of items were unavailable including the ham she ordered for Easter! Now, are you telling me there is no ham in that store that your staff could not have substituted? I can't believe that you could not substitute some diferent kind of ham for her especially when ham is on sale for Easter! Epic Fail!
