Ay one time I was getting text messages from Festival. About a year ago I stopped getting text message deals or any messages for that matter. I have Sprint as my carrier and they have been looking into this matter for some time now and it seems that the Festival text site short code has my 920-652-6095 blocked and Sprint cannot unblock the number on the Festival site. Could you please unblock my number.

    Thank You

Thank you for reaching out to us,

We are sorry to hear that you are having a hard time signing up for our Festival Mobile Club. Please see the reasons below that you may not be able to sign up with us. It also suggests reaching out to your carrier to see what they can do to allow you to sign up.

Reasons guests cannot sign up for Festival Foods Mobile Club:

    • Guest has a pre-paid phone plan with not enough messages available to opt-in
      • Suggestion:
        • Print off physical copies of the sign up that any guest can take home to opt-in at a more convenient time when guest’s mobile plan has more available messages to send
      • Bad cell reception
        • Suggestion:
          • Have guest confirm that they have full bars of service and try texting in when they have better reception if they have low bars
        • Guest fails to reply Y within the 24 hours window
          • Suggestion:
            • Ask guest to text STOP to the short code and text the keyword in again and go through the opt-in flow and confirm that they reply Y within 24 hours
          • Some carriers block short code messaging by default
            • Suggestion:
              • Guest needs to call their carrier for more information as to why they are unable to engage with the short code
            • User Accidently or Inadvertently enabled short code block on Android Device
              • Suggestions:

We were at the west Allis,  Wisconsin July 4 parade And a big shopping cart came through with a code on there saying text this to get a free Pepsi product. I texted through my phone and the reply came back they did not know what I was talking about?
