To begin, click the “Sign In” button to log in to your Festival Foods account. Note, if you have not already created an account with us, you will not be able to reorder previously purchased products.
To reorder a previously purchased product, order or shopping list, click the “Reorder” button in the navigation bar.
A window will open displaying your previously purchased products, orders and shopping lists.
Select the “Your Recent Products” tab to add an individual product to your cart.
Select the “Your Past Orders” tab to add an entire previous order to your cart.
Select the “Your Shopping Lists” tab to add a specific shopping list of products to your cart.
As you begin to add items to your cart, you will notice an "Order in Progress" alert icon located in the header of the navigation bar.
This function appears when you begin an order. When clicked, it will take you to your "My Account" page to show the order and the items listed.
When you’re finished shopping and have reached the checkout page, enter your desired pick up time and payment information.
Take a minute to double-check that your information is correct and then place your order.
Please note that you will have $5 or 10% of your total held on your card in addition to your full order total. This hold helps account for charges like final sales tax and items sold by weight. The hold will fall off 24 to 72 hours after your order is completed.
Once you place your order, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If you do not see this page, your order has not been successfully submitted.
You will also receive a confirmation email in your inbox upon a successful transaction.
Forgot an item? If your order hasn’t been shopped yet, you can go to your account and click on “My Orders.”
From there, select your order and click the “Add to Order” button. When you’re finished, go back in and update your payment so we can shop your order.
Seeing an additional charge on your bank account? No worries! When you add products or make product changes to your order, another pre-authorized charge will be added to your card. This additional charge is held by your bank but will be released 24 to 72 hours after your order is complete.
Once you receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up (make sure the email is in your inbox before you head to the store!), follow the designated Click N Go parking signs when you arrive at your store.
Your confirmation email will also have a map of where the pick up spots are.
At the store, use the phone number on the Click N Go parking spot to alert our associates you’re here! A Festival Foods associate will then bring your Click N Go order out to your car.
