Where do you source your meat?

The fresh meat we sell in our Meat and Deli Departments is raised, harvested and processed in the United States. A list of our meat sources is provided below. 

Meat Department

• Beef - JBS
• Pork - Swift/Hormel
• Chicken - Gerber/Just Bare/Smart Chicken
• Fresh Turkey - Jennie O
• Lamb & Veal - Pinn-Oak Farms and Strauss

Some of these vendors have multiple plants throughout the country, but all product is domestic (USA).

Deli Department

• Kretschmar - Kretschmar is a sister company to John Morrell and both fall under the Smithfield umbrella. All meats are domestic.

Our associates will be happy to answer questions on where an item is from before you purchase it. Knowing where our food is from is important to good health and peace of mind.
