I do not get an email when trying to set a new password. I follow all the steps do not get the email.
No email needed to change password
Your website has troubles. When I first tried to set up my new account for the Kwik Trip rewards program, it gave me an error. I finally got it set up. Now I have tried multiple times to login and it doesn't recognize the password I set on that date and have not changed; what gives? So I tried to reset the password using your link. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL with instructions on how to do so. Please FIX THIS!!. When fixed, please call me (715-581-2477) or send me instructions via email (chatterstream@gmail.com). I sure hope someone actually reads these comments.

I am having the same problem as everyone else. I registered my account to add the phone number to my account and then I got an email to activate the account then I got an email for a new password!!! There is no place to put the code in to activate the account and even when I put in 4 passwords as it’s asking, nothing is working!! Please send me an email on what the heck is going on!!! I’ve worked on this for over an hour now!! Ridiculous
