To begin, click the “Sign In” button to log in, or “Create an Account” button to register for a new account.
To register for a new account, select your store location you want to place an order at. You can also sign up to receive emails from us to see sales items, recipes, coupons and more every week!
To start shopping for Heat and Serve Holiday Meals, click the “Shop” button in the navigation bar. From there, you can find the Holiday Meals by searching “Holiday Meals” in the search bar or by viewing Heat and Serve Holiday meals. When you want to add an item to your cart, simply click the “+ Add” button. An additional window will pop-up depending upon the meal you choose, at which time you will select the different options you would like for your meal. After you have selected your preferred options, click “Add To List”
You can also see the estimated pick up time at the top of the page if you were to order your items now.
When you’re finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button to add your desired pick up time and payment information. Take a minute to double-check that your information is correct and then place your order.
Please note that you will have $5 or 10% of your total held on your card in addition to your full order total. This hold helps account for charges like final sales tax and items sold by weight. The hold will fall off 24 or 72 hours after your order is completed.
Once you place your order, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If you do not see this page, your order has not been successfully submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
Once you receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up (make sure the email is in your inbox before you head to the store!), follow the designated Click N Go parking signs when you arrive at your store.
Your confirmation email will also have a map of where the pick up spots are.
At the store, use the phone number on the Click N Go parking spot sign to alert our associates you’re here via text or call! A Festival Foods associate will then bring your Holiday Meal order out to your car.
