If you don't think you received your discount at Kwik Trip, there's a few things you can check:
Please take a look at the bottom of your receipt from your transaction at Kwik Trip. If your points were redeemed, it should look similar to the photo below. Depending on the Kwik Trip location you fill up at, sometimes it does not show the amount of cents you saved on the receipt, but it should still say "Festival Foods" at the bottom. Your discount was successfully redeemed as long as the receipt has the part that says "Festival Foods" at the bottom.
The price of gas changes on the fuel grade screens only after your payment card is inserted. It will not change before then. It is easy to miss the price change since it happens right away after you insert your payment card. The pictures below show a discount of 3 cents.

It's also possible that you didn't have any points on your card when you were at the gas station. The points on the Festival Foods gas rewards card do expire 30 days after each purchase from Festival Foods.
If you don't see any indication that your Festival Foods gas rewards card was read on your receipt, it usually means one of the following happened:
- The Festival Foods gas rewards card wasn't swiped first at the pump. The Festival Foods card needs to be swiped before any other cards to redeem the points (Kwik Rewards card and payment card are entered in after).
- The magnetic stripe on the gas rewards card was not lined up with the card reader at the gas pump.
- The phone number was entered at the gas pump. The phone number prompt is for Kwik Rewards cards only. While we can look up your gas rewards card number if it's registered online by phone number in our stores, the physical card must be swiped at the gas pump to redeem points.
