Why aren’t the links from my Mobile Club messages opening the right page on my Android device?

If you’re tapping a link from a Festival Foods Mobile Club message and it keeps sending you to the app home screen or somewhere unexpected, your Android settings might be handling the link in a way that overrides the web browser.

Some Android devices are set to open links with the Festival Foods app by default. When that happens, instead of going to the website landing page you expect, the phone opens the app and takes you to the app’s home screen.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Open Settings on your Android device.

2. Tap Apps.

3. Find and select Festival Foods in your list of apps.

4. Tap Set as default.

5. Look for Open supported links.

6. Turn this setting off.

When Open supported links is off, your phone should send you to the correct Fest Foods website landing page when you tap Mobile Club links.

If it’s on, your phone may automatically open the Festival Foods app instead of the web page.
