What is your return policy?

Festival Foods strives for a quick, easy, and positive return experience. The below policy has been established in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:

Refunds with a valid receipt will be given a refund for the full amount or sale price as indicated on the guest’s receipt.

Refunds with a valid receipt will be issued back to the original form of payment.

If original credit/debit card is not present, refund may be issued in cash.

A receipt is considered valid if the form of payment and the date of purchase are readable and the date of purchase is within the last 30 days.

All refunds where purchases were made as EBT or eWIC payments must be refunded on the original card used to make the purchase. If the card is not present, a refund will not be issued.

All refunds without a receipt will be placed back on to a Festival Foods Gift Card.

Refunds without a receipt will be given a refund for the current retail price.

For returns without a receipt, a valid ID may be required and recorded for returns over $50.

Refunds will be issued for the amount in which the purchase was made after total in-store savings, manufacturer coupons, digital coupons, etc.

Guests may request a copy of their original receipt within 90 days of the original purchase.

Receipts may be found by item UPC, card/check number, transaction total or Gas Rewards account number.

Requests for receipt copies may take up to 24-48 hours to complete.

For items purchased through eWIC, only an even exchange for an identical item is permitted.

Refunds for items purchased through WIC is not permitted.

Items not eligible for returns include, but are not limited to; alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, gift cards, lottery, stamps/postal, all trading cards and other services purchased at the Service Desk.

Purchases made through Instacart are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds must be worked out through Instacart directly.

Festival Foods reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges.
