As national penny supplies decline, Festival Foods rounds cash transactions down to the nearest five cents. Festival Foods stopped issuing pennies as change beginning November 5, 2025, with the process in effect at all locations on November 6, 2025. Pennies are still accepted as payment. Debit, credit, EBT, mobile payments, checks, Coinstar vouchers, and cash refunds are handled as described in the store policy.
